Felicia Dawson was an inaugural member of the Carolina Panthers TopCats in 1996 and cheered for 10 seasons. During her time on the squad, she served as Captain, earned the Captain’s Award, and cheered in the Panthers’ first Super Bowl appearance, Super Bowl XXXVIII. After retiring in 2007, she continued supporting the organization as a Field Assistant through the 2018 season and currently serves on the board of the Carolina Professional Football Cheerleaders Alumni Association.

A graduate of Winthrop University and former member of the Golden Garnet Dance Team, Felicia has over 20 years of experience in banking and business development and loves helping clients and businesses succeed. As an SBA Business Development Officer, she is passionate about supporting small business growth. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and enjoys volunteering within local communities. Outside of work and community service, Felicia enjoys traveling, baking, spending time with family and friends, and cuddling with her Yorkie, Bentley.
