Lisa Mach Havranek is a born and raised North Carolinian, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with degrees in International Business, Marketing, and a Masters in Finance.

In her profession, she is in strategic planning with a focus on AI and business orchestration, amongst skills in product management, business development, and analysis.

Lisa joined the TopCats in 2008 and cheered through 2010 season. In 2008, she was awarded Most Improved TopCat, highlighting her speed and quick adaption to professional cheering, with no prior level of experiences.

In 2012 she moved to New York City on her career path and started her family there. 2020 brought her and her family back to Charlotte, where she was able to participate and contribute to TopCats Alumni and Carolina Panthers events.

In 2025, she was nominated and accepted the role of CPFCAA Era Captain for 2006 to 2010 TopCat alumnae.

You can find Lisa enjoying hobbies of hot vinyasa yoga, playing with arts and crafts, and making memories with her husband, Jordan Havranek and two sons, Beckham and Paxton, in and around the city and nation.
